Meet Our Sitters
|
 |
Carrie ~ I've lived in Lacey since 2004 with my husband, two kids, two dogs,
two cats, four crazy chickens and an Umbrella Cockatoo. As a child, I wanted to grow up to be a veterinarian, but
as an adult decided that I was a little too squeamish to stomach certain medical conditions. I love reading, taking my
dogs swimming at the beach and going to the boardwalk with my family. Being a pet sitter is great because it has flexible
work hours, I love having an "extended family" of pets and the clients really appreciate the service that I'm
providing.

Kim ~ I was raised on a farm with a brother and two sisters. Horses, chickens, dogs,
ferrets, birds, pigeons, and cats were all animals that I cared for. At the age of 7 years old, I was picking my father's
famous tomatoes on our family farm in Manahawkin to sell on our roadside stand and was known as the "Tomato girl".
Growing up, I was always involved in township events; Founder's Day, the Miss Stafford Pageant, St. Mary's Carnival,
and volunteer events. I currently reside in Barnegat. As an animal lover, I wish I could own more pets, but I presently
have two Chihuahuas, a Labrador Retriever and a cat. The greatest part about being a pet sitter is the ability to interact with so many
pets and to bring some happiness into their lives.

Cindy ~ I'm a 10 year resident of Waretown. My family's made up of myself, my husband, our daughter
and our three dogs - a Bulldog, a Boxer and a Boston Terrier. I've always had pets growing up and have been pet sitting
for friends & family since 1996, so becoming a professional pet sitter was a natural transition.

Lori & Tom ~ We reside in Lacey Township along with our four legged children in 'fur coats'. They
are our life! And life would not be complete without them, as we believe no home should be without the campanionship
of animals. We love taking long walks around Berkley Island, going to visit "their" grandma or aunt, or going
vacationing with our crew in our RV - we have a blast! We have traveled as far as Maine to Key West (looking forward
to going west at some point). Both our backgrounds are in management in the hospitality industry which we have
done for many years. But there is no greater satisfaction than caring for our beloved client's pets whom
we have become so attached to as our own. It is such a rewarding experience to go into homes and to be greeted
with such love and affection from our four legged clients. It's just a perfect way to start and end our day with
a visit with one of our lovable clients. Life is just good! :)

Christine ~ I
live in Lacey with my husband, son, three dogs, one cat and a rat. Ever since I can remember, I've always loved animals!
I graduated from Nash Academy of Animal Arts in 1982 and worked as a groomer for several years. I left the field only to return
to animal care many years later as a Veterinary Technician. I've also worked as a Certified Medical Assistant, but always
seem to come back to animals... it's where I belong! I love my job as a pet sitter!
